Amenajare Interioara CASA NICULESCU - Com. Rosu, Ilfov

We were looking for a solution to transform this passing through room into an settled living room. 
We integrated the stairs into the living room scenery by creating this bench below the window; it also was a   solution in order to extend the used area of the actual living room and to make a coherent whole of the living space.
Also in the fireplace area we've covered the existing windows in order to gain a useful and more intimate space.

Amenajare Interioara CASA ILIESCU - Otopeni

   The interior configuration of the existing house is around the mainstairs, ascending for two levels. The initial stairs were some industrial heavy ones. It was required to create a lighter version to volatilize the space.
   The garden facade it’s largely glazed making the garden participant on the house scenography. That’s why we choosen mostly natural and lightned finishings.
   The height ratio of the house is: groundfloor, containing the livingroom and kitchen, first floor, housing the childrens’s rooms and in the second floor we have a small kitchen, hobby room and the main bedroom.
   On the second floor it was also needed a different stair to reach the attic.

CASA ELEFTERIU - Galati

 


   The house is located in the city of  Galati situated along the Danube River; it enjoys a privileged plot of land, on the verge of the high waterfront, having a panoramic view over the entire Danube landscape.
   The house is opening towards the river by the big white glazed volume (housing the living room) offering a spectacular view; the same belvedere is reached from the upper floor terrace, afferent to the main bedroom.
   The high semi basement is used for the technical rooms as well as for children's bedrooms, also opening to the south with a small courtyard covered by the cantilever of the ground floor.

Amenajare SPA & SIXTH BEAUTY CLUB - Halele Centrale, Ploiesti

   The Spa & Beauty center is located in Halele Centrale Mall, in Ploiesti.
   It was important to create an intimate environment and the main idea was to recreate the oriental atmosphere for the SPA utilities, with include an indian and an indonesian massage room, a bar, a stem room, and different therapeutic massage baths.
   There is also a cosmetic and beauty saloon with it’s own different entrance.

   The client did not accepted to change the existing floor and ceiling finishings.

Proiect Casa CASA MARCULESCU - Brasov

   The house is located in Schei, one of the oldest neighborhood of Brasov.

   The old house have been donated to Muzeul Astra - Sibiu, and the new house is keeping the rough lines of the old one, being very well  integrated in the existing context.

This neighborhood has developed on Tampa Hill and our site is near the top of that hill, benefiting of an splendid view; considering this fact, the main functions, living room, dinning and kitchen have been localized on a raised ground floor.
   On the semi-basement we find the utilities, the office, and a big storage room.
   On the attic we have children's rooms and the main bedroom. The entrance pillars are structural but it also offers a certain slender on the volumetry.
   The structure is mixed, concrete on the semi-basement and wood on the upper levels.
